Shipping Policy
We currently ship orders within the United States. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Free Shipping Promotion
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100, with the following exceptionOF OVERSIZED ITEMS:
- RODS/BLANKS/TRAVEL TUBE RODS
- BOOTS
- LARGE TACKLE BAGS/DRY BAGS
Due to their size, packaging requirements, and shipping costs, it does not qualify for free shipping, regardless of order total.
If your order includes both rods and other qualifying items, free shipping will apply only to eligible items, and shipping charges will still apply to the rod(s).
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and shipping method selected.
Rod Shipping
Fishing rods require special packaging and handling. Shipping costs for rods are calculated separately at checkout and are not eligible for free shipping promotions.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Damaged or Lost Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Any items damaged during shipping must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

To file a claim, contact us within 24 hours and include your order number, clear photos of the damaged item, and photos of the packaging

Claims reported after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for a replacement or refund

Please ensure all shipping information is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
